Lambda Sigma Upsilon Joggers - II

Order for joggers was placed Dec 3. Didn’t receive it until Dec 27. Had to call three times to try to get information on product/shipping time and on the 3rd try no one picked up the phone on 4 different occasions. I understand small businesses have hiccups (the printing machine broke was what I was told) but at least communicate that to the customer so they can have a backup gift. I was never told the order would be delayed until I called 17 days after order was submitted. Finally got a tracking On Dec 22 but it had no information other than “label created” the whole time. I gave up on receiving it or getting info since no one would pick up the phone. Dec 27 it appeared out of nowhere so I ended up getting it late and as a surprise basically.
